PRODUCT ORDERS
All orders placed through the Website are subject to Metalix’s acceptance. Metalix may refuse or cancel any order, whether or not it has been confirmed, for any reason without liability. If your credit card has already been charged, Metalix will issue a refund.
MULTI-BUY PROMOTIONS
Promotions and offers cannot be combined with other discounts.
AVAILABILITY
We strive to display availability as accurately as possible. In the event of unavailability, Metalix will assist in finding a suitable alternative or cancel the order and issue a refund.
CANCELLATION
In line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you may cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your parcel. If goods have been dispatched, return shipping costs and a 10% administration fee will apply.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order dates are provisional, and Metalix cannot be held responsible for delays. Funds will be captured at the time of order.
PARCELS LOST IN TRANSIT
If your parcel is lost, please contact us by email at customers@metalix.co.za or call us at 066 301 0482. We will assist in locating the parcel or issuing a replacement or refund after sufficient investigation.
RETURNS
If an exchange or refund is required, return the items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Made to order items cannot be returned unless faulty. Items showing signs of wear or not in resale condition will not be accepted.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you believe we have supplied defective or unsuitable goods, you may take the matter to a suitable Ombud or dispute resolution body.
